Are your products safe, are they CE certified?

All brubi products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the EN 71 standard on toy safety and meet the requirements for CE certification. More information here: SAFETY, FUNCTIONALITY AND DESIGN.

How long is the warranty period?

We provide a 5-year warranty on our products.

For what ages are brubi products suitable?

It depends, but usually children from the age of 9 months to 6 years are able to enjoy our products the most.

Where are your products made?

We manufacture our products in the heart of Europe - Slovakia (EU).

Where can I find reviews from your customers?

What materials are brubi products made of?

Our most favourite material is pure beech wood - it comes from verified EU suppliers with FSC certification. With wood, you can be sure that no chemicals or dangerous substances are released from your children's toys and furniture. Only our balance board and arch are made of plywood, which is also safe, and the individual layers are glued with glue, harmless to your children.

What surface treatment do your products have?

We treat our products with natural hardwax oil from the ECO series from the German manufacturer Remmers. The wooden parts are sprayed with oil, sanded, sprayed again with a second layer and finally polished.

Where can I buy your products?

Brubi has its own e-shop www.brubi.eu/en and a shop on Etsy since 2018.

Where do you ship your products to and how long does the delivery take?

We send packages to all EU countries, to the UK and to Switzerland. Delivery time depends on the final destination, usually it takes 2-7 days from the dispatch.

Will I have to pay customs or tax?

EU customers do not pay any additional duty or VAT before delivery. Packages to Switzerland and the United Kingdom must go through customs and the customer must follow the instructions of the local customs office and pay customs duty, VAT and potential fees.

Can I return the goods if I am not satisfied with it? How can I make a warranty claim for damaged goods?

Of course, we accept complaints during warranty period, as well as requests for return of goods in 14 days after delivery. More information: Shipping, delivery, returns, complaints .

I am a seller and I want to buy goods from you for wholesale prices. Is it possible?

We sell our products at very advantageous prices directly from us (from the manufacturer) to the customer, so we cannot offer additional discounts. If you want to buy more pieces of our products, please contact us by e-mail: mail@brubi.eu.
