How and when will your package arrive?
We will start processing your order as soon as possible after receiving it.
Assembling and packaging usually takes 1-3 days.
When it is ready, your package will be picked up by a GLS courier, and you will be notified of this by e-mail.
Delivery time depends on the final destination, usually it takes 2-7 days from the dispatch.
The FlexDeliveryService offers the option of changing the delivery address, delivery time, or an option of personal pickup at the depot or picking up your package in the network of GLS ParcelShops. The courier will contact you directly by phone before delivery. If you have not received emails from GLS, please check your SPAM folder.
We deliver our packages within the EU, to Switzerland and to the United Kingdom.
Shipping and packaging costs will be added to your purchase in your shopping cart after entering the country of delivery.
Are you dissatisfied, would you like to return the goods / make a warranty claim, do you need some advice? We are here for you.
If you are not satisfied with our products or if you have a problem with installation, please contact us in advance at email@example.com.
You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons.
We will arrange pick-up right at your home, as well as address labels and we will pay 50% of the shipping costs.
The goods cannot show any signs of use or other damage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to keep the original boxes for packaging.
We will refund your money as soon as we receive the package.
If you receive an incomplete or damaged package, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to send you a spare part or send a new one.
