Shipping Costs

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Claims
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Brubi purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
Right to return – 14-day satisfaction guarantee
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Simply contact us in advance at mail@brubi.eu, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Please note: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

To qualify for a full refund:
